3. Registration and Account

3.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. For students under 16, a parent or guardian must create the account and accept these terms on their behalf.
4. Course Enrollment and Payment
4.1 Course Registration
Course enrollment is subject to availability and our acceptance of your registration. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion.
4.2 Fees and Payment
- All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
- Payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and approved payment platforms
- Late payment may result in suspension of services
4.3 Refund Policy
- Full Refund: Available within 14 days of course start date with less than 25% attendance
- Partial Refund: Available up to 30 days after course start, calculated pro-rata
- No Refund: After 30 days from course start date or with more than 50% attendance
- Exceptional Circumstances: Medical or emergency situations considered on a case-by-case basis
5. Student Responsibilities
As a student, you agree to:
- Attend classes regularly and punctually
- Complete assigned coursework and assessments
- Respect instructors, staff, and fellow students
- Follow classroom and online learning guidelines
- Notify us of any schedule changes or absences
- Use learning materials for personal educational purposes only
6. Our Obligations
Motor Edge Language Academy commits to:
- Provide qualified and experienced instructors
- Deliver courses as described in our materials
- Maintain appropriate learning environments
- Provide course materials and resources
- Issue certificates upon successful completion
- Maintain reasonable class sizes for effective learning
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Content
All course materials, content, and resources provided by Motor Edge Language Academy are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or sell our materials
- Share login credentials or course access
- Record or distribute class sessions without permission
- Use our content for commercial purposes
7.2 Student Work
You retain ownership of work you create during courses, but grant us permission to use anonymized examples for educational and promotional purposes.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
8.1 By Students
- Individual classes must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
- Course withdrawals are subject to our refund policy
- Rescheduling is subject to availability
8.2 By Motor Edge
- We may cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment
- Alternative arrangements or full refunds will be offered
- We may reschedule classes for operational reasons with reasonable notice

Motor Edge Language Academy's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Delays or interruptions in service
